Senatus Populusque Romanus is succulent quite strong cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml grappa segnana and 30ml soda water and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place the ounce of grappa into glass then add soda to taste and place a pastry on the side and served in a goblet glass at room temperature.
