Selsdon is stimulating very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin teichenne larbre and 30ml lillet with 15ml apple liqueur berentzen as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
