Scottish Drummer is succulent very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whisky glenfiddich 50year and 30ml soda water with 10ml sugar brown and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just warm balloon glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into warm balloon glass and if you like dry hold the brown sugar and served in a balloon glass warm.
