  1. Place ice into glass.
  2. Pour shot of scotish whisky into glass.
  3. Add lime juice.

Scotch Rickey is very enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky scotch ben riach 12year and 15ml lime juice with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into glass then pour shot of scotish whisky into glass and add lime juice. Top glass with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
