Scotch Manhattan is palatable heavy cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml whisky scotch old smuggler and 20ml vermouth sweet m and r with 10ml bitters aromatic kings as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and served in a martini glass cold.
