Scotch Delight is stimulating standard cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky scotch and 30ml whiskey irish with 15ml wine red as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 160ml water hot and good with afternoon tea. Just warm the serving glass then add the scotch and irish whiskey into glass and pour in a little red wine. Add in the hot water and stir in the sugar syrup and drop zest of lemon peel into glass and served in a coffee glass warm.
