Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Pour shot of whiskey into glass.
Add the cola soda.
Sprinkle rum on top.

Just place ice into glass then pour shot of whiskey into glass and add the cola soda and sprinkle rum on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
