Sauterne Punch is appetitoso standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 80ml wine white sauterne and 10ml wine syrup white with 10ml lemon juice as well as 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then poue in the sauterne and add in the sugar and lemon juice. Shake well and pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a highball glass cold.
