Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnsih with lemon peel.

Sarazac is appealing heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whiskey rye and 10ml eau dabsinthe liqueur with 10ml bitters peychaud as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and works well with savoury style foods. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and garnsih with lemon peel and served in a martini glass cold.
