Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to glass to chill.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into glass over ice.

Whisky Spring Bay Single Malt - Spring Bay Whisky Single Malt is dark copper color with caramel and raisins the fruit sweetness with some white pepper savory hints and delicious long and slightly dry finish which is indicative of some very fine old wood.
