Method - Poured - Cold

Add red wine to glass.
Pour in the white rum.
Add the orange juice and lemon soda.
Stir in the honey.
Add ice to glass.
Granish with fruit.
Very Palatable

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Sangria Du Terroir is very palatable full bodied cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml wine red carignan and 30ml rum light white la mauny with 10ml honey as well as 30ml orange juice including 40ml lemon soda also 120ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add red wine to glass then pour in the white rum and add the orange juice and lemon soda. Stir in the honey and add ice to glass and granish with fruit and served in a highball glass cold.
