  1. Add grapefruit juice to glass.
  2. Add mandarin liqueur.
  3. Add triple sec.
  4. Top with sparkling wine.

San Remo is rich average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml orange liqueur and 15ml mandarin liqueur with 15ml grapefruit juice as well as 40ml sparkling wine white including 10ml mandarin syrup also 5ml grapefruit syrup bickfords and best with an entree or small snack. Just add grapefruit juice to glass then add mandarin liqueur and add triple sec. Top with sparkling wine and served in a flute glass cold.
