San Pablo is heavenly strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml chili liqueur verde ancho reyes and 60ml celery juice with 10ml bitters celery scrappys as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just fill glass with ice then splash in celery bitters over ice and pour in nip of chili liqueur. Top with celery juice and garnish with green chili and celery stick and served in a highball glass cold.
