Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with char grilled olives.

Sherry Dry - Dry sherry has sugar content less then 45 grams per litre.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

San Martin Sherry is glorious quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml sherry dry and 20ml vermouth dry with 20ml gin giniversity as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with char grilled olives and served in a saucer glass cold.
