  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with peel.

San Martin is tasty very strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry island four pillars and 30ml vermouth sweet with 10ml chartreuse liqueur yellow as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with peel and served in a martini glass cold.
