Method
  1. Add lemon peel to shaker.
  2. Place half the ice into shaker.
  3. Add in the kummel liqueur.
  4. Quick shake to mix.
  5. Pour all into rocks glass.
  6. Add more ice to glass.

Sam Ward Kummel is smakelijke full strength cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml kummel liqueur wolfschmidt and 100ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add lemon peel to shaker then place half the ice into shaker and add in the kummel liqueur. Quick shake to mix and pour all into rocks glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
