Salmon Dipper is deliziosa full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka chase and 30ml swedish punsch with 30ml lemon juice as well as 10ml capers including 10ml onion white also 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add capers and onions to glass then place ice into mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass over capers and onions and cut smoker salmon into strips and serve on the side and garnish with wedge of lemon and served in a martini glass cold.
