Method
  1. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Saint Francis is delicioso very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml tequila reposado avion and 30ml sotol flor del desierto with 30ml guava juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
