Saint Charles is flavoursome mild cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac martell xo and 30ml vermouth rosso hotel starlino with 180ml tea and good with afternoon tea. Just brew strong black tea then add brandy and vermouth to glass and stir in strong black tea and served in a coffee glass warm.
