Rum Liqueur Rumona

10ml

Demerara Syrup

60ml

Lemon Juice

30ml

Soda Water

290ml

Ice

12% Alcohol By Volume

24 Proof

1.5 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add rest of ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Top with soda.
Very Enjoyable

Rum Liqueur Rumona - Rumona is a jamaican rum base liqueur and is made by Wray and Nephew in Kingston Jamaica.

Demerara Syrup - Demerara Syrup is made from combining demerara sugar a type of natural brown sugar with water in this process produces demerara syrup.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Rum Fizz is very enjoyable average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum liqueur rumona and 10ml demerara syrup with 60ml lemon juice as well as 30ml soda water including 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add rest of ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
