Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with ginger.

Rum Black Spice Kraken

Vermouth - Vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine delicate and balanced crisp refreshing drink flavoured with various botanicals and essences of herbs and spices.

Ginger Liqueur - Ginger liqueur is made by distilling the root of Zingiber officinale into a tart liqueur with sharp taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Ginger - Ginger root called Zingiber officinale is a rhizome ginger root or ginger is widely used as a spice.

Rum D Light is delightful quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml rum black spice kraken and 10ml vermouth with 10ml ginger liqueur as well as 50ml orange juice including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with ginger and served in a saucer glass cold.
