Rum Collins is luscious full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum bacardi gran reserva limitada and 10ml coco syrup with 30ml lemon juice as well as 20ml soda water including 10ml bitters lemon kings also 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda then stir well and pack ice in glass. Pour ingredients over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
