Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with apple.

Rudolphs Apple is gorgeous heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin hven and 15ml brandy apple black mountain with 10ml maple syrup as well as 10ml bitters including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with apple and served in a saucer glass cold.
