Royalist is heavenly very strong cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml vermouth dry causes and cures and 20ml bourbon springbank with 20ml benedictine as well as 10ml bitters peach kenny including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
