Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Fine strain into glass.
  5. Deoch

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Royal Scot is succulent very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml whisky glenfiddich 15year and 20ml whisky liqueur drambuie with 10ml grenadine as well as 10ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Fine strain into glass and deoch and served in a liqueur glass cold.
