Royal Salute is fantastic sweet or dry quite strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin the story and 110ml wine khat with 10ml bitters peruvian and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add bitters to bottom of glass then pour in gin and add white wine and served in a wine glass cold.
