Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ingredients into shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Place ice into shaker.
Shake well again.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with cherry.

Gin Berto - Berto Gin is an old tom gin was a popular recipe in 18th century Britain.

Dubonnet - Dubonnet is a sweet aromatised wine based aperitif it is a blend of fortified wine herbs and spices.

Brandy Apricot - Apricot Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling apricots into a liquor or Eau de Vie distilled from fermented apricot juice or a liqueur made from apricot flesh and kernels.

Brandy Orange - Orange Brandy made by distilling a spirit then infused with orange into a rich orange flavour and deep amber color.

Royal Lytham is scrumptious very strong cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin berto and 30ml dubonnet with 25ml brandy apricot as well as 25ml brandy orange including 10ml egg white also 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ingredients into shaker then vigorously shake and place ice into shaker. Shake well again and hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with cherry and served in a saucer glass cold.
