Dubonnet Rouge

Coconut Water

100ml

Ice

17% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add half the ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Very Palatable

Gin Gordons - Gordons Gin is a dry gin with refreshing taste comes from the finest handpicked juniper berries and a selection of other botanicals.

Dubonnet Rouge - Dubonnet is a sweet aromatised wine based aperitif with 15 percent alcohol by volume. It is a blend of fortified wine herbs and spices with fermentation being stopped by the addition of alcohol.

Coconut Water - Coconut water is the clear liquid inside coconuts. In early development it serves as a suspension for the endosperm of the coconut during the nuclear phase of development.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Royal Bermuda is very palatable strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin gordons and 30ml dubonnet rouge with 30ml coconut water as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
