  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Strain into cocktail glass.

Roulette is pleasurable very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml apple liqueur teichenne and 30ml swedish punsch carlshamns with 30ml rum gold amber angostura 1919 as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Strain into cocktail glass and served in a martini glass cold.
