Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well until fluffy.
Strain into glass.
Delightful

Advocaat - Advokaat also Advocaat is a alcoholic beverage made from emulsified eggs with sugar and brandy and other flavours.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Champagne - Champagne is sparkling wine or in EU countries legally only that sparkling wine which comes from the Champagne region of France.

Shaken with 30ml advocaat and 10ml orange liqueur with 30ml champagne as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and best with egg dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well until fluffy. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
