Rotten Roman is thirst quenching smooth cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 145ml wine and 145ml apple cider and best with morning tea snacks. Just pour wine into glass then drop in a slice of apple and layer in the apple cider and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
