Rotherhithe is restoring robust cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Built with 60ml whisky white peak and 60ml pear juice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just pour whisky into glass then add in slice of dried pear and pour in the clear pear juice and add penguin biscuits on the side and served in a balloon glass at room temperature.
