  1. Using a chilled flute glass.
  2. Pour in nip of grapefruit juice.
  3. Add ginger liqueur.
  4. Pour in sparkling rose wine.

Ginger Liqueur Sikkim - Sikkim ginger liqueur is a tingling ginger liqueur produced in Sikkim an Indian state in the Himalayas and made from sweetened spirit this is flavoured with herbs with a real ginger kick.

Rose Granger is inspiriting standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 55ml sparkling wine rose and 15ml ginger liqueur sikkim with 30ml grapefruit juice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just using a chilled flute glass then pour in nip of grapefruit juice and add ginger liqueur. Pour in sparkling rose wine and served in a flute glass cold.
