Rocky Scorpion is revivifying quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 15ml brandy schneider weisse with 10ml lemon as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 25ml orange juice also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
