Lemon Juice

Sugar Syrup

Lemon Peel

20% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Garnish with lemon peel.

Bourbon - Bourbon is a type of spirit alcohol distilled from maize or corn and rye and can be aged and comes in a number of colors from dark to light.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Rocky Boston Sour is bewitching quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml bourbon and 30ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and garnish with lemon peel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
