Built with 30ml rockmelon liqueur briottet and 10ml rockmelon pulp with 60ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just pour nip of rock melon liquor into glass then add rockmelon pulp and pour in sparkling white wine and garnish with rockmelon and served in a flute glass cold.
