Rocket Lab is glorious full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin scapegrace and 10ml bitters red hot kings with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then pour in the nz gin and add the soda water. Sprinkle bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
