  1. Use ice cold flute glass.
  2. Add strawberry liqueur to glass.
  3. Pour in cherry liqueur.
  4. Add in the sparkling white wine.

RockPool is scrummy full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml strawberry liqueur steinbok and 15ml cherry liqueur tamborine mountain with 70ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use ice cold flute glass then add strawberry liqueur to glass and pour in cherry liqueur. Add in the sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
