Rob Roy Classic is moreish heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml whisky scotch ben riach 12year and 20ml vermouth dry with 20ml vermouth sweet as well as 10ml bitters including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Prong strain into glass and dress top with maraschino cherry and served in a martini glass cold.
