Ritz of New York is gorgeous quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac meukow vsop and 15ml orange liqueur iseo with 10ml maraschino liqueur luxardo as well as 10ml lemon juice including 35ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just add ingredients to mixing glass then gently dry stir without ice and pour into glass and garnish with an orange twist and served in a martini glass cold.
