Ritz Bijou is delectable very strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin rutte celery and 30ml vermouth dry belsazar with 15ml orange liqueur saska as well as 10ml bitters celery fee brothers including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
