Sotol Liqueur - Sotol liqueur is a distilled spirit of Mexican origin sourced from the family of Asparagaceae a plant that grows in the Chihuahuan desert of northern Mexico New Mexico Arizona and west and central Texas.

Rhythm is dainty strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 45ml sotol liqueur and 15ml lime juice with 30ml cola soda as well as 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just place ice into glass then add in the sotol liqueur and pour in the lime juice. Add cola to taste and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
