Method - Poured - Cold

Add rhubarb pulp to glass.
Add ice cream.
Add ice.
Pour in rhubarb liqueur.
Top with soda.
Pour in rhubarb liqueur.

Built with 30ml rhubarb liqueur giffard and 50ml ice cream with 30ml rhubarb pulp as well as 130ml rhubarb cider including 50ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add rhubarb pulp to glass then add ice cream and add ice. Pour in rhubarb liqueur and top with soda and pour in rhubarb liqueur and served in a highball glass cold.
