Method - Shaken - Cold

Use ice cold glass.
Add in schoop of ice cream.
Put ice cubes into bar shaker.
Put ice cubes into bar shaker.
Quick shake.
Strain over ice cream.
Sever with a spoon for eating.

Shaken with 30ml brandy and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 15ml curacao as well as 120ml ice cream including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just use ice cold glass then add in schoop of ice cream and put ice cubes into bar shaker.
