Method - Poured - Cold

Add liqueur and pulp to glass.
Place the ice into glass.
Top glass with sparkling white wine.

Mango Liqueur Briottet

Mango Pulp - Mango pulp is mango cut and mashed into small pices.

Champagne - Champagne is sparkling wine or in EU countries legally only that sparkling wine which comes from the Champagne region of France.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Renes is rejuvenating standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml mango liqueur briottet and 30ml mango pulp with 40ml champagne as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add liqueur and pulp to glass then place the ice into glass and top glass with sparkling white wine and served in a highball glass cold.
