Redback Spider is appealing watery cocktail with no alcohol. Built with 30ml raspberry syrup crawleys and 50ml ice cream with 200ml lemon soda and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice cream to glass then add raspberry syrup and top with lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
