Rum Red - Distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane and red in color.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Red Kelpie is restoring hair of the dog weak cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum red and 30ml orange juice with 10ml bitters as well as 210ml lemon soda including 10ml grenadine and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just add red rum to glass then add orange to glass and add grenadine to glass. Top with lemon soda and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
