Method - Poured - Cold

Cut watermelon and add to glass.
Pour in water lemon liqueur.
Add in tuaca liquuer.
Top with soda water.

Tuaca Liqueur - Tuaca liqueur golden amber liqueur crafted with fine aged Brandy and elegantly focused Tuscan fruit essences. Artfully blended with hints of orange and vanilla flavours.

Red Hat is piatti gustosi standard cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml watermelon liqueur serravinci and 15ml tuaca liqueur with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just cut watermelon and add to glass then pour in water lemon liqueur and add in tuaca liquuer. Top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
