Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Red Been Martini is very enjoyable heavy cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin yuzu 23rd street and 15ml vermouth dry with 15ml bean red pulp as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
