Reckless is drinkable weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml soju hitejinro ilpoom and 30ml dangyuja juice with 160ml tea jasmine and good with afternoon tea. Just brew long jasmine tea then heat up the serving glass and add in the soju. Pour in the dangyuia juice and stir in the hot jasmine tea and drop in a knot of dangyuja zest and served in a coffee glass warm.
